The Frank Anthony Memorial All-India Inter-School Debate Competition
The Frank Anthony Memorial All-India Inter-School English Debate is held in the memory of Frank Anthony- an educationist, former Parliamentarian and an author. It is among the most prestigious Inter-School, Debate Competition organized by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CICSE). This year the preliminary regional round for category II took place on the 17th of July, 2017 at Pawar Public School, Dombivali. The topic announced at the venue was ‘The e-book is here to stay’.
