Mrs. Supriya S Sule who is the Managing Trustee and Chairperson for the  Pawar Public Charitable Trust & Member of Governing Body for Pawar Public School is a person for whom education at every level is a passion. She has a strong belief in the potential for human growth  and the mission behind her endeavour is to give back to the nation, a  generation of individuals who are not only well educated, but are complete human beings with a strong national & social conscience, who are self  confident and mature and have a balanced out look to life. She believes that it  is the responsibility of the present generation to create the leaders for tomorrow and if we can instill the right values & empower them with leadership  qualities, these individuals will be the pride of our nation and assets to the  society at large.

Mr. Sadanand Sule, who is also a trustee of the Pawar  Public Charitable Trust, is the person who has laid the foundation of stringent  quality control for the school. He is an economist by profession and is a  perfectionist who is not prepared to accept any compromise on the quality of  education at PPS. He is the visionary who has spared no expenses in providing  for the state of art infrastructure at school and has set very high goals for  the school to achieve.

Late.Dr.(Mrs.)Kumud Bansal, the founder Chairperson of the Board of  Governors was an IAS officer and had served as the Secretary for Elementary Education  and Literacy, Maharastra as well as The Secretary Education, Government of  India and brings with her, her vast experience in the field of school  administration and management. It was under her vision & leadership that the  Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan gained momentum.

Mrs. Meenakshi Bhat, is a hard core educationist associated with the field of education and management of students for more than 30 years. She has vast experience in main stream teaching as well as teaching  disabled students. Her strength lies in setting up of assisted learning  programmes for the weaker students and offering career counseling for students.  At PPS she has been a pillar of strength for the school by conducting various teacher training workshops on classroom teaching techniques, evaluation  methodology etc.   

Dr. R.D. Bapat, is presently the Chairman at the Haffkine Bio-Pharmaceutical Corporation Ltd. He has retired as the professor  and head of department of surgical gasteroenterology, KEM Hospital  after serving there for 42 years. He has also been the Vice Chancellor,  Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nasik. Dr. Bapat has also won the ‘Ideal  Teacher Award’ conferred by the National Foundation of Teachers of India in  1988. A multi-faceted personality, Dr. Bapat is also a badminton champion,  orator, leader, and of course teacher!

Mrs. Ishita Chowdhury - Founder Principal
The Founder Principal, is a dynamic leader who can balance both being a passionate facilitator and a collaborative administrator within a learning community. She has taken up the challenge of leading a team of reflective practitioners who believe that childhood is a journey, not a race and we need to make a difference, one day at a time. She believes that each child has a story that needs to be heard and we must find time to hear those stories. It is important to remember that we teach children, not subjects.

She has had the good fortune to have worked in some of the most well- known educational institutions of Kolkata and Mumbai under the leadership and guidance of true educationists and administrators. In this journey of three decades, she has been truly blessed to have had a rich experience across all sections of a school right from the Pre-Primary Section to the Secondary Section in various capacities. She has completed her B.A. in English Honours and B.Ed. from the Calcutta University. She also holds Masters Degree in English and Education both from the Mumbai University. She, to her credit has a Post Graduate Diploma in Education Management from NMIMS, Mumbai.
