We thank you for showing an interest in seeking admission for your ward in our school for the academic year 2018-2019.
We would like to request you to visit our school office from Monday, 6th November, 2017 to Wednesday, 8th November, 2017 between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. with the documents stated below so that we can verify the documents.
- 1. The print out of the downloaded Admission Form with two coloured photographs affixed on the space provided.
- 2. The Bank Statement showing the UTR Number (Unique Transaction Number) of payment of Rs.500/- towards the Admission Application Form.
- 3. The original and self-attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate.
- 4. The original document of the Sale Agreement of the flat owners of Palava (Casa Rio / Casa Rio Gold / Casa Bella / Casa Bella Gold / Lodha Elite / Lodha Freshia and a self-attested photocopy of the same.
- 5. The original document of the Registered Leave and License Agreement of the tenants of Palava (Casa Rio / Casa Rio Gold / Casa Bella / Casa Bella Gold / Lodha Elite / Lodha Freshia and a self-attested photocopy of the same.
- 6. All the original documents will be returned to you immediately after verification.
The lottery for admission will be conducted only after the verification of the aforesaid documents.
Please note that the submission of the documents does not guarantee admission. The selected candidates will be informed by e-mail between Monday, 20th November, 2017 and Wednesday, 22nd November, 2017.
